Do you have a shop?

No, at present we are based online only.

Can you guarantee the authenticity of the garment?

At High-end Hire, we unconditionally guarantee that all our dresses are 100% authentic.

What if I’d like to get my designer outfit at short notice?

Please feel free to drop us an email at hello@high-endhire.com and if the item(s) you are looking for is available we will do out best to arrange delivery at short notice.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card or Paypal account is charged as soon as we receive your order and confirm the availability of your requested dress. We may also charge your card for late fees if you haven't returned the garment back by the due date. A notification for this charge will be sent to you by SMS or email.

Will I get surcharged for using my credit card?

Absolutely not! We absorb the credit card processing fees. What you see is what you get, no hidden fees.

Will fees apply if I want to Cancel my Rental Booking?

We can confirm that no cancellation fees will be applied when cancelling a booking prior to 14 days before the start of your rental period. 

However, cancellation fees will apply when cancelling your booking within 14 days of your rental period. Our Cancellation Policy Fees Schedule as below:

  • If Cancelling Booking within 7 days prior to the requested Delivery Date: EUR 10.95
  • If Cancelling Booking between 7 days and 14 days before the requested Delivery Date: EUR 7.95

Kindly note that all Cancellation Fees will be deducted from your Refund Amount. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact a member of our team at hello@high-endhire.com

What if the dress is lost or damaged beyond repair?

If your dress gets lost, stolen or damaged beyond repair, you will be liable to pay for the retail price of the item.

We know that this is a rare and unfortunate event, and rest assured, we’ll work out the best solution for you. In assessing the replaceable value, we will take into account: the demand of that dress in the market, the availability to purchase that dress in the market, the condition of the dress before you hired it, and the rental fee that you’ve already made.

Can I sell you my designer dress?

Yes, we sometimes buy designer items from customers.

Please email hello@high-endhire.com outlining the designer, style, size and purchase price.

If possible, please include a receipt of purchase and images of the style you would like to sell. From here our team will assess the style and we will be in touch with regards to the next steps.

Can I request a dress or designer that is not featured on your site?

If a particular dress or designer is not featured in our collection, please contact us and we’ll see what we can do. We are always on the lookout for the best selection of designer dresses to add to our stunning wardrobe!

I would like my brand to be represented by High-end Hire. Who should I contact?

We are always looking to partner with like-minded brands and if you would like High-end Hire to represent your brand, please contact infor@highendhire.com and we will pass your request to our merchandise team.
