Can I come try on in your shop?

We we currently operate primarily online however we do offer try-on appointments and are based in Churchtown, Dublin 14.

You can book a try on appointment via the link on our website or message us via instagram. The cost of the appointment is €10.

How does delivery work?

We us DPD for our deliveries. Your garment will arrive on the first day of your selected rental period. When your rental period is finished simply return your item in the pre labelled return box and packaging and drop to your local dpd collection point which you can find here:

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card or Paypal account is charged as soon as we receive your order and confirm the availability of your requested dress.

What if I want to Cancel my Rental Booking?

Cancellation of orders more than 14 days in advance are fully refundable. Cancellation of orders made within 14 days are non-refundable.

What if the garment doesn't fit? 

If you are unsure on sizing we would encourage you to book in with us for a try on appointment. If your garment arrives and it doesn't fit we cannot offer you a refund at this point as it would have been prevented from being rented out to another customer for your dates.

What if the dress is lost or damaged beyond repair?

If your dress gets lost, stolen or damaged beyond repair, you will be liable to pay for the retail price of the item as listed on our website.

We know that this is a rare and unfortunate event, and rest assured, we’ll work out the best solution for you. In assessing the replaceable value, we will take into account: the demand of that dress in the market, the availability to purchase that dress in the market, the condition of the dress before you hired it, and the rental fee that you’ve already made.

 

 

 

How long can I rent a designer dress from High-end Hire for?

Our standard rental period is for 4 days. 

If you require your dress for longer than our 4 day option, feel free to email hello@high-endhire.com with your required dates and preferred style and we will be more than happy to provide you with a quote for an extended rental, subject to availability of the dress.

Do I have to have the dress cleaned before I return in? 

We will look after the dry cleaning and take great care to get the dresses cleaned as soon as they arrive back to us.

 

 

Can I book dresses in advance?

You can book your dress up to 24 months in advance. We recommend you book your order to arrive 1 – 2 days before your event to avoid any last-minute panics and to make sure everything’s perfect. Once your requested delivery date has been confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email. Once you know which dress you would like to book, we suggest ordering as soon as possible to avoid them being booked by someone else in the meantime.

How does the calendar work to place my booking?

If the calendar appears grey, this means the style in that size is not available for delivery on these dates. If the calendar is white, this means you can select these dates for delivery.

As long as you enter in your postcode before opening the calendar, the day that it can be delivered is accurate according to postage times. We take postage into consideration in both the calendar's booking dates and when preparing the order for dispatch to ensure it is with you on your requested dates.
